Are you passionate about improving quality, strengthening compliance, and helping teams deliver outstanding support?

The Grange Centre is looking for a proactive and collaborative Quality Assurance Lead to help us maintain high standards and
continue inspiring our community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong knowledge of adult social care, CQC requirements, and person‑centred
practice who enjoys influencing positive change across an organisation.

Why join us?

At The Grange, our mission is to support people with learning disabilities to live independent, meaningful and fulfilling lives.

You’ll join a friendly, values‑driven organisation where your expertise is valued and you will directly improve the experiences
and outcomes of those we support.

What you’ll be doing - in this pivotal role, you will:

Drive quality and compliance

- Lead the development and embedding of effective quality systems and processes.

- Monitor compliance with CQC and National Housing Federation frameworks.

- Carry out audits, analyse data and support teams to take action that improves results.

- Oversee complaints and feedback processes, ensuring timely, appropriate responses.

Support safeguarding and risk management

- Act as joint Safeguarding Lead and serve as our Caldicott Guardian.

- Promote a positive approach to risk that reflects our mission, vision and values.

Strengthen organisational learning

- Audit medication administration, Nourish records and key back-office functions.

- Work closely with teams on training needs, compliance, and embedding best practice.

- Deliver briefings, lunch‑and‑learn sessions or training to enhance knowledge.

Lead on policy and governance

- Ensure policies are up to date, legally compliant and reflective of sector guidance.

- Draft new policies where needed and support colleagues in implementation.

Report and advise

- Use data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.

- Provide clear reports and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team and Trustees.

What we’re looking for

Someone who is:

- Experienced in adult social care, ideally within learning disability services.

- Knowledgeable about CQC regulations, safeguarding, and sector frameworks.

- Confident using digital tools, including Microsoft 365 and care management systems.

- Detail‑focused, organised and able to follow processes accurately.

- A great communicator who can build strong, supportive relationships.

- Positive, resilient and proactive — a natural problem‑solver with initiative.
