Summary
DT Teacher – Northolt
Full-Time | Temporary – ASAP Start (Ongoing)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Design & Technology Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in the Northolt area. This is a full-time, temporary position starting immediately and continuing on an ongoing basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to teach Product Design/Resistant Materials at KS3 and GCSE level within a supportive and forward-thinking department.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective DT lessons at KS3 and GCSE.
• Plan, prepare, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to students of all abilities.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide targeted support to help students reach their full potential.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Essential Requirements
• Recent experience teaching Design & Technology.
• A recognised teaching qualification with QTS.
• Proven experience teaching KS3 and GCSE classes.
• A current Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Availability to start ASAP.
