Community Care Workers – Derby

BWA Health & Care Services Ltd (BlayCare) has been proudly supporting the Derby community for nearly 20 years. We are now looking to expand our dedicated team of Community Care Workers.

Who are we looking for: Caring, friendly, and reliable individuals who are passionate about helping others with a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives. Live locally and have a valid UK driving licence and/or access to your own vehicle. Company cars are available to use.

Please note: We are unable to offer overseas sponsorship for this role.
Duties include:

Job Duties include:

-Provide personal care, grooming & dressing
-Prepare meals
-Light household chores
-Reading, writing, carry out directions & report concerns
-Charting or taking notes for others to review
-Providing companionship and supportive listening
-Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
-Maintaining patient’s health equipment
-Transporting client to appointments
-Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
