Summary
Start up and Rapid Responder
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per year

We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable Start up and Rapid Responder to join our dedicated care team.
This is an exciting new and vital role within our organisation, designed to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. As part of our Start up and Rapid Responder team, you will play a key role in assisting during times of emergency and supporting the implementation of new care packages, ensuring continuity of care and peace of mind for our clients.
The Start up and Rapid Responder team are on call to help throughout the company in various locations, you will be on call to assist across multiple locations, when and where it is needed most, you will be required to be on standby for 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis and be able to work both days and nights.
You will need to be highly flexible as this role offers the opportunity to travel to clients at locations across England, with occasional overnight stays. To support this, you’ll need a full UK driving licence and your own transport. Business insurance is also a requirement.
Areas include but not limited to: Bedford, Milton Keynes, Scunthorpe, Lichfield, Rotherham, Sleaford, Selby, Nottinghamshire, Sutton in Ashfield and Luton

Key Responsibilities:
· On call 5 days out of 7
· Remain readily available for each rostered shift
· To meet the physical, social and emotional needs of clients
· To promote client involvement and active participation
· Maintain accurate up to date records
· Clinical interventions as required, full training and ongoing support is provided by our clinical team
