Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team – Helping People Stay Safe, Supported and Independent

Join our compassionate team helping people stay safe, supported, and independent in their homes - preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.

What you will do

Respond to urgent care and Telecare alerts
Provide personal care, meal prep, and emergency support
Travel across Wiltshire delivering timely, empathetic care
Work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Who we are looking for

Caring, empathetic, and dependable
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Understanding of elderly or disabled people's needs
No formal qualifications needed – we will support you to complete the Care Certificate
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
