Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support: Assist Property Managers with destination administration, including the coordination of reports and business plans.
• Place Activation: Support the compilation of commercialisation reports, mystery guest evaluations, and information requests.
• Impact Reporting: Help document environmental and social value achievements for impact reporting.
• Data Management: Collect and analyze footfall data to provide trend information for stakeholders.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with on-site management teams and respond to occupier queries.
What You Bring
• Education: Graduate or A-Level standard with strong English and Maths skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attributes: A proactive "can-do" attitude with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Interest: A genuine interest in retail and leisure destinations and how they operate.
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum.
• Working Pattern: Hybrid or office-based (minimum 3 days per week in the Birmingham office).
