What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated care team
Deliver person-centred care that maximises independence and choice
Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and CQC standards
Plan and organise staff rotas to meet service needs
Support staff development, training, and performance management
Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding standards
What We’re Looking For:
Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
Proven leadership experience in a care setting
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Driving licence and access to a vehicle
Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care
