Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Housing Technical Support professional to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our housing solutions reliably meet the needs of our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, particularly in housing or property management systems. You will work closely with clients, assisting them with technical issues related to their housing software and systems, ensuring they receive timely and effective solutions. Communication skills are essential as you will be the first point of contact for clients facing challenges. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to improve the user experience and address any underlying issues that may arise. Your ability to analyze problems and provide practical solutions will directly impact the satisfaction of our housing clients. Responsibilities
Provide technical support to clients regarding housing management software and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients in a timely manner.
Document all client interactions and technical issues in the support tracking system.
Collaborate with the software development team to identify and report system bugs or enhancement requests.
Conduct training sessions for clients on how to effectively use housing software tools.
Assist in the development of user manuals and other educational materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and new technology solutions that could benefit housing operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles, preferably in the housing or real estate sector.
Strong understanding of housing management software and systems.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
