Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or a related field; Master's preferred.
5+ years of experience in housing support or social services management.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and projects.
Strong understanding of housing policies, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data and translate results into actionable improvements.
Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting.
