Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
1. Qualifications / Training / Experience
GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent.
Experience of working in, or a good knowledge of, commerce/industry.
Evidence of having taken advantage of appropriate opportunities for professional and personal development.
Previous experience of placing students in work experience or training young people.
Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.
2. Skills and Aptitudes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff and employers.
Excellent organisation, time-management, and accurate administrative abilities.
Ability to support and motivate young people, with awareness of safeguarding and SEND needs.
Confident in employer engagement, problem-solving, and management placement issues.
Proficient in IT systems, data recording, and producing clear reports.
