Cygnet is currently looking for an experienced Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Cygnet Conifers on a 12month Fixed Term Contract. At Cygnet Conifers, you will be working 42 hours per week, covering a mix of day shifts, night shifts and weekend work. Conifers is a specialist 7bed residential home providing outcomefocused support for adults with profound to moderate learning disabilities and autism, alongside associated complex needs. We provide a safe, comfortable and empowering environment where independence, dignity and community integration are at the heart of everything we do.
