Cygnet is currently looking for an experienced Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our dedicated team at Cygnet Conifers on a 12‑month Fixed Term Contract.

At Cygnet Conifers, you will be working 42 hours per week, covering a mix of day shifts, night shifts and weekend work.

Conifers is a specialist 7‑bed residential home providing outcome‑focused support for adults with profound to moderate learning disabilities and autism, alongside associated complex needs.

We provide a safe, comfortable and empowering environment where independence, dignity and community integration are at the heart of everything we do.

Our approach is rooted in person‑centred planning, ensuring each individual receives consistent, tailored support.

Your Day‑to‑Day

  • Provide enhanced, person‑centred care with a flexible learning approach

  • Offer emotional and physical support with guidance and encouragement

  • Learn each individual’s needs and support them in the most appropriate way

  • Assist with medical and welfare needs

  • Record and report on health and wellbeing

  • Safeguard and protect the people in our care
