Summary

Operational Grade 1 - £12.60 per hour
2 x 17.5 hours Part Time Indefinite
Hours of work are between 4.40pm and 8.10pm, working 5 days out of 7.

This post represents an exciting opportunity to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Estate and Campus Services. The Directorate is responsible for Cleaning Services.

The successful candidate will work as part of the Cleaning Services team; typical duties include cleaning teaching rooms, offices, toilets, bathrooms, and kitchens in our teaching building and/or student accommodation. You will need to operate cleaning machinery & use cleaning chemicals in accordance with COSHH regulations.

Working patterns will be allocated, however the positions require flexibility as hours of work may vary depending on the time of year e.g., to carry out deep cleaning, prepare rooms for conferences etc; and some weekend working is required.

No experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
