What you'll do:
Complete all required training related to the cleaning service delivered to the client
Carry out cleaning duties in line with the agreed schedule, as directed by the GSM
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with Sodexo training and site Service Level Agreements
Adhere to company uniform and PPE requirements at all times
Comply with all company and client policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, COSHH, fire, hygiene and safe systems of work
Follow site colour coding policies and cleaning specifications at all times
Report any faults with cleaning machinery or equipment promptly
Complete all required records accurately and on time, reporting incidents, complaints and compliments to your line manager
Support the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations, anticipating issues and implementing contingency plans where needed
Deliver and support training in line with company policy to ensure team members are knowledgeable and motivated
Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders
Promote and actively support a “One Team” approach across departments
Cross-train in other departments to provide cover where required
Ensure the safety and security of company and client property
Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the General Services Manager
All customer requests and support completed within agreed timeframes
No justified complaints from building users or client staff
Successful cleaning quality control audit results
No health and safety concerns within your areas of responsibility
Full compliance with KPIs and service level agreements
What you'll bring:
Essential:Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Supervisory experience within the cleaning industry
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
Excellent customer service skills
Professional, presentable and personable approach
Good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
Experience managing and supporting staff
Experience working in a similar service-led environment, ideally within blue-chip or prestige settings
Relevant training, qualifications or experience aligned to legislative, statutory and industry best practice requirements
