Summary
As a Practice Nurse, you will play an essential role in the delivery of patient care. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting general nursing duties such as immunisations, wound care, and health assessments. Chronic disease management e.g. diabetes, hypertension, asthma. Cervical screening, and vaccinations. Supporting the clinical team with minor illness assessments. Health promotion and patient education. Maintaining accurate patient records in line with practice protocols.
