Project Manager – Fire & Flame Shield Ductwork

Location: Midlands / North Cambridgeshire

A rapidly growing specialist contractor in the fire and flame shield ductwork sector is expanding its operations into the Midlands and North Cambridgeshire. With a strong presence across London and the South and multiple large projects secured, this is an exciting opportunity to join a new regional team at the ground level.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of high-profile projects, including hospitals, data centres, prisons, and large commercial builds. You will manage the project lifecycle from mobilisation to completion, ensuring safety, quality, timelines, and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are achieved.


  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.


  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.


  • Manage resources, schedules, and project documentation.


  • Support the growth of the new regional team and contribute to business development opportunities.


    What We’re Looking For
    • Proven experience in ductwork projects, ideally fire-rated or specialist systems.


    • Strong leadership and team management skills.


    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.


    • Experience managing projects in shell & core packages desirable (hospitals, data centres, prisons, commercial).


    • Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
