Summary

We are looking to recruit a highly self-motivated and enthusiastic Early Help Family Hub Co-ordinator.
Based at the Acorns Family Hub the post holder will provide and manage an efficient and responsive administrative service to Early Help under the direction of the Early Help Management team and will work across the locality, when needed, to meet the needs of the service.
The successful candidate must have a high level of self-motivation, excellent organisational skills and ability to work on their own initiative with a proven record of managing staff.
Duties will include problem-solving, providing comprehensive administrative support, data entry, preparing agendas, producing accurate monitoring and evaluation reports, and responding to enquiries from colleagues and partners in a professional and timely manner. The post holder will work closely with the Manager and the area Caretaker to ensure buildings remain compliant with all Health and Safety requirements.
Core competencies include an in depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of using integrated I.T. systems.
You will be committed to offering support to Practitioners across the City and to a wide range of partner agencies and services which work together to make a difference to children, families and young people's lives.
