Summary
We are currently looking for a Seasonal Country Park Assistant to join our team.
The position is 35 hours, 5 out of 7 days per week which will include weekend working.
This position is fixed term due to end on or before 31st October 2026
Duties will include:
Completing opening and closing checklists within the country park
General maintenance of the country park, hedge trimming, strimming, cutting grass, litter picks, weed spraying and painting.
Driving our barrel train on weekends and during school holidays
You will be required to:
Complete all tasks to the company required standard
Ensure that Health & Safety is maintained at all times
Be flexible and have an all-round approach to the role, be able to do a variety of general maintenance tasks
Be organised and be able to work unsupervised
The successful candidate must be able to work weekends and have a clean driving licence. Have an organised approach to their work and preferably certificates for weed spraying. Experience in hedge trimming and grass cutting is essential.
