About the role
Main responsibilities:
- Produce requests and action updates.
- Effectively manage all email/call communications directed to the transport planning department.
- Help manage the flexipod (EPOD).
- Work as a team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Offer problem solving solutions and follow up with customers/stores with a ‘can do attitude’
- To manage the flexipod (EPOD) system users, settings and propose improvements
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by the manager / supervisor
About You
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Advanced skills in Excel – formulas, formatting and lookups.
- Competence with Microsoft Office and its relevant functions.
- Excellent communication skills to deal with a variety of individuals and issues.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good time management and team-working skills.
- Good Numeracy skills.
