About the RoleWe're looking for an Experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a fast‑paced, friendly, and expanding team based in Trafford Park. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office environment and delivers outstanding service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Updating and maintaining customer records within CRM systems
- Providing accurate information on products, orders, and services
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of customer requirements
- Handling queries efficiently and professionally
- Supporting operational processes and contributing to continuous improvement
About YouTo be successful in this role, you should have:
- Strong office‑based customer service experience (essential)
- Excellent systems skills, ideally including CRM platforms
- A proactive and positive approach to problem‑solving
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage a varied workload
- Experience within logistics is an advantage but not essential
