Summary
Working Pattern: Full time and part time roles available
Salary: Career graded Band 3-4 starting Salary Band 3 £25,989 (potential for a permanent career graded role based on performance)
Working Arrangement: Office based
Fixed Term End Date: 6 months from start date

We have an exciting opportunity within our team to build on our success and bring in new skills, experience and ideas. As Team Leader, you will provide clear and supportive leadership, guiding and developing staff to deliver highquality care. You will lead the design and delivery of care plans that promote meaningful choice and personalised support, enabling people to access the right services and live the life they want

You will take ownership of your work, strive to get things right first time, and learn from experience to make meaningful improvements. You will enjoy taking responsibility for resolving issues and adapting how you work to make a positive difference.
You will also have proven experience of leading, managing and developing staff, supported by strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. You will have proven management experience within the learning disability sector and hold a relevant qualification at [level/grade].
