The Best Connection are delighted to be recruiting Assembly Operatives for our prestigious client in Mansfield-an innovative, rapidly growing business at the forefront of interconnect technology worldwide.

What Will You Be Doing?
As an Assembly Operative, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality aerospace components. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on, detailed work and takes pride in precision.Your responsibilities will include:
- Carefully assembling aerospace products and intricate parts using technical drawings
- Working with small components, connectors, and fine wiring-requiring excellent dexterity and attention to detail
- Following measurements and written instructions with accuracy
- Working in your own designated, seated workstation to meet production targets
- Using specialist tools and magnification equipment to ensure every product meets strict quality standards
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 16:00
- 30-minute unpaid break daily
- Once trained, you may be offered the option to condense your hours, giving you perks like an early finish on Fridays!
- £12.78 per hour
- Time and a half paid after 40 hours worked
Who are we looking for?
You don't need direct aerospaceexperience-just the right mindset and transferable skills. If you come from any background requiring precision or fine motor skills, you could be perfect!We welcome candidates with experience or hobbies such as:- Nail art
- Painting or paint-by-numbers
- Model building
- Computer or phone repairs/dismantling
- Sewing or textile work
- Any role involving small, intricate tasks
- A keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good level of English reading ability
What happens next?
