Location: Ashford, Kent (must have own transport due to location)
Salary: £27,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Key responsibilities would be:
- Working on commercial and residential sites.
- Assisting with other trades.
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy.
- Making good before signing jobs off.
- Working outside in all weather conditions.
- Loading and moving materials.
- Use of hand tools.
Experience and skills required:
- Must have a FULL driving licence
- CSCS card, ideal but not essential
- Can do attitude and be willing to learn
- A strong work ethic and the drive to succeed
