Summary

The EPR Training Material Developer will provide expert support in designing and delivering user-centred eLearning for Innovate Healthcare Services stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning, developing, and implementing interactive and multimedia-based learning resources, such as online assessments, audio, and video, to support blended learning and enhance teaching effectiveness.

• Prepare relevant e-Learning materials to complement classroom training.
• Keep e-Learning content updated and aligned with classroom standards.
• Use various tools to create interactive and intuitive e-Learning content.
• Manage installation, administration, and security of LMS materials.
• Ensure all e-Learning content is fit for purpose and learner-focused.
• Support the Digital Training team in creating and maintaining content.
• Lead on LMS maintenance and content uploads.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure training meets service needs.
• Communicate issues with e-Learning materials to the Digital Training team.
• Train and support the team in implementing new e-Learning software.
• Provide technical advice to external stakeholders on third-party tools.
• Manage own workload effectively and adapt to changing business needs accordingly.
• Deliver developments on time using project management tools.
• Build relationships with professionals to tailor eLearning to their needs.
• Ensure training is user-focused and flexible for varied learning styles.
• Promote e-Learning through websites, meetings, and creative marketing.
• Collaborate with the Digital Training team to deliver blended learning.
• Liaise with Digital Training and Business Change teams to align training with service changes.
• Pursue personal development in emerging e-Learning technologies.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of LMS setup and practices.
• Create engaging and intuitive e-Learning content for diverse audiences.

What we're looking for in our people:
Essential
• Extensive experience of content creation using a variety of multi-media software
• Preparation of training documentation
• Advanced knowledge and experience of creating eLearning using a variety of eLearning tools and techniques.
• A good understanding of Windows Operating Systems, in particular the effects of user and group permissions for data access.
• Knowledge and experience of SCORM compliance and requirements surrounding creation of e-Learning content.
• Detailed knowledge of standard Microsoft software packages.
• Ability to obtain and analyse system requirements from a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Good written presentation skills including graphics
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise work appropriately
• The ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users
• Self-motivation
• Organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team

Desirable
• Relevant recognised qualification or training in eLearning design and maintenance
• Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) experience
• Previous NHS Experience
• Experience of supporting the delivery of change.
• Ability to write clearly and appropriately for a wide range of audiences
• Confident approach and the ability to inspire confidence in others.
• Access to transport to attend sites across Warwickshire and the surrounding area.
