Summary
Clear Thinking Care are a home-care provider which accommodates both adults under and over 65 years. We are a progressive company who specialise in providing care and support for people with complex needs, inclusive of learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, substance misuse, dementia and sensory impairments.
We are currently searching for a Complex Needs and Mental Health Support Worker to join our expanding care team.
Male Support Workers required:
Supporting a 20 year old gentleman who has Autism, learning disability and can display challenging behaviour. The gentleman likes to be active, including long walks and a wide range of activities, a suitable candidate must be proactive.
This position requires candidates to hold a valid FULL UK driving license and have access to a vehicle including business insurance.
Shift times: Day shift 0800-2200 & Night shift 2200-0800
Your responsibilities will include:
· Safeguarding our clients to the highest standard
· Enabling individuals to access the community
· Offering emotional support and guidance
· Assisting with meal preparation and household chores
· Supporting with medication if required
· Providing personal care support
· Encouraging and supporting clients with their hobbies and interests
