Summary

Neway International are seeking a CSW – Social Worker (Children with Disabilities) to join our client Achieving for Children, based at Moor Lane, KT9.

Location: Moor Lane, KT9
Hours: 36 hours per week
Starting asap, initially for 3 months likely to be extended.
Working Pattern: 09:00–17:00

Office Requirement: 3 days per week on site; 5 days per week during the 2‑week induction period

The Role
You will join the Children with Disabilities team, supporting children and young people with complex needs and their families. Working from the Moor Lane office, you will manage a varied caseload, complete assessments, develop care plans, and work closely with multi‑agency partners to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out statutory social work duties within the Children with Disabilities service.

Complete assessments, reviews, and care planning in line with legislation and local procedures.

Work collaboratively with families, carers, education, health, and partner agencies.

Manage safeguarding concerns and contribute to risk assessments.

Maintain accurate, timely case records and reports.

Support children and young people to access appropriate services and interventions.

Candidate Requirements
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.

Experience working within Children with Disabilities services is strongly preferred.

Ability to attend the Moor Lane office 3 days per week (5 days during induction).

Must meet London Pledge requirements.

Must be compliant with CQC‑related vaccination entry requirements where applicable.

Strong assessment, communication, and multi‑agency working skills.
