Personal Assistant required to support a friendly young autistic male living in the Bearsden area. Support will primarily take place at his college in Clydebank.
This male has a wide variety of interests which include nature, maps and 80’s music and he is looking for a personal assistant who could share and encourage these interests.
As his personal assistant, your role will be to support him to college, to support him to interact with his peers and take part in class. He can be anxious at times so may require encouragement to engage and may require support to communicate with others.
This role would suit an outgoing individual who could bring energy to interactions. If you’re someone who has experience supporting young people or someone who the individual could relate to as a peer, you could be a great fit.
Driver preferred
Successful candidate will require a PVG
£16.85 per hour
7 to 10 hours available per week
Looking for support primarily during term time on Monday afternoons, Tuesdays and Friday mornings- there is flexibility so set days/ times can be discussed at interview
