We are currently recruiting Night Hygiene Operatives on behalf of our client based in the HU3 area. This is an ongoing agency position offering consistent full-time hours and weekly pay.
Pay & Benefits
⦠£13.00 per hour
⦠£0.50 per hour uplift when 40 hours are completed
⦠Weekly pay
⦠Overtime available after working 40hours at £19.50p/hour
⦠40-hour working week
⦠2 x 20-minute paid breaks per shift
⦠Ongoing, regular work
⦠Support from a dedicated agency team
Shift Pattern
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday – 9:00pm to 5:00am (Nights)
Saturday & Sunday – 8-hour shifts (Day or Night shifts may vary depending on business needs)
Flexibility for weekend day/night rotation is essential.
The Role
Working across production and processing areas, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the site.
Duties will include:
⦠Carrying out scheduled cleaning of production equipment and machinery
⦠Deep cleaning of production areas
⦠Ensuring machinery and facilities meet strict hygiene standards
⦠Completing post-clean checks and required documentation
⦠Following health & safety and food safety procedures at all times
⦠Reporting any faults, hazards, or incidents to management
⦠Maintaining cleaning equipment and PPE in good working order
This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under time pressure are essential.
What We’re Looking For
⦠Previous industrial or production cleaning experience preferred
⦠Strong awareness of health & safety
⦠Reliable and punctual with good attendance
⦠Ability to work independently and as part of a team
⦠Comfortable working in a food production environment
⦠Flexibility to work weekend day or night shifts
