Summary
Collaborate with the People Services team to deliver planned and unplanned projects, including large-scale management of change and organisational transformation initiatives. Provide routine and non-routine HR support, using judgement skills and escalating matters when necessary. Develop and implement best practice HR/People strategy, policy, and practice. Provide specialist advice on all aspects of Human Resources and the NHS workforce agenda. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaborative partnership working and innovation in HR and People services.
