To support the smooth operation and maintenance of a high-end residential apartment building by providing general assistance, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of communal areas, and delivering excellent service to residents, visitors, and contractors.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ROLE:

Monday - Friday - 08:00 – 17:00


- Provide a professional, helpful front-of-house presence and support residents with day-to-day queries.
- Contractor Management / Site Control: Manage contractor access including authorisation, signing in/out, and ensuring site rules and safety are followed.
- Deliveries, Post & Parcels: Receive, organise and securely manage post, parcels and deliveries in line with building procedures.
- Key Management / Security Support: Control keys and support building security by maintaining access discipline and reporting concerns immediately.
- Flat Checks (Owner / Management Requests): Carry out authorised flat checks as instructed, log outcomes, and escalate any issues promptly.
- Communal Area Standards (Light Cleaning & Presentation): Maintain tidy communal areas through light cleaning and proactive presentation checks.
- Building Walkabouts / Monitoring: Conduct regular walkabouts to identify defects, hazards or issues and report them quickly.
- Basic Maintenance Support (Non-technical): Assist with minor non-technical tasks and flag maintenance issues early for follow-up.
- Reporting & Communication: Maintain clear daily communication and basic logs (contractors, keys, incidents, defects, deliveries).


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
- Computer literate
