Security OfficerShift Pattern:7 days on / 3 days off, then 7 days on / 4 days off
About the RoleWe're looking for a confident and professional Security Officer to join our team at a high-quality corporate site. This role blends security operations with front-of-house customer service, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
You'll be a key point of contact on site, representing both the client and the security team, and playing an important role in day-to-day operations.
What You'll Be DoingYour responsibilities will include:
-Providing a welcoming, professional service to staff, visitors, contractors, and stakeholders
-Monitoring CCTV, access control, and other security systems
-Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
-Carrying out internal and external patrols in line with site procedures
-Managing visitor access, contractor passes, keys, and car parking lists
-Escorting contractors and service providers as required
-Completing accurate incident reports and security documentation
-Liaising with landlord security teams, Corporate Security, and the London Command Centre
-Providing cover for the receptionist during breaks and on-site events when needed
Full site and corporate security training will be provided, including emergency procedures and probationary assessments.
What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
-A minimum of 3 years' security experience
-A valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) licence
-First Aid training and certification
-Experience using CCTV and electronic access control systems
-Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Windows and MS Office
-A good level of physical fitness for patrol duties
Desirable (but not essential):
-SIA CCTV licence
-SC Clearance

-Remains calm, professional, and decisive in emergency situations
-Is reliable, disciplined, and self-motivated
