What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead, develop, and implement inclusive SEND strategies across the school

• Build strong links with families, outside agencies, and multi-disciplinary professionals
• Use data-driven insight to drive continual SEND improvement and pupil success
• Champion best practice in the classroom, ensuring every teacher is SEND-friendly
