Summary
What You’ll Do:
● Undertake general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, joinery, painting and decorating.
● Carry out daily checks on our Wastewater Treatment Plant and identify, and rectify, any issues as they arise
● Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the holiday parks, including accommodation and facilities
● Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance issues raised by guests, owners, or colleagues.
● Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring all work is completed in line with company policies, risk assessments, and relevant legislation
● Work both independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
● Positive attitude and ability to coordinate multiple tasks
● Strong communication and safe working practices
● Full UK driving licence
● IT skills would be beneficial
● Experience in a holiday park or hospitality setting is a bonus, but not essential
● Ability to work some weekend days to cover a 7 day operation
