About the Role

- Develop best‑fit contractual strategies that balance economies of scale with specific site requirements.
- Liaise with site teams to ensure contracts deliver intended value, minimise risk and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Own all group-wide contracts, including:
- Identifying gaps against legislation, regulation or best practice
- Developing specifications
- Working with Procurement through tender, review and award
- Managing invoicing, receipting and commercial administration
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Strong technical background with solid commercial awareness.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Proven problem‑solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally to other sites.
Why Join VPI?
- Play a key role in contract governance that supports critical energy infrastructure.
- Work across a broad range of contract areas with the opportunity to influence strategy and continuous improvement.
- Competitive salary and benefits including pension, private medical insurance, incentive plan and 25 days holiday.
