Summary

What You'll Be Doing

As a Performance Administrator, you will:

· Collect multi-source HSQES data - ensuring accuracy and completeness.

· Maintain data consistency across platforms, including master data tables and frequency records.

· Validate, cleanse and manage data quality, escalating issues to HSQES leads and tracking resolution progress.

· Prepare monthly and quarterly HSQES performance reports for leaders and teams.

· Produce extracts and summaries to inform dashboards, scorecards and strategic reviews.

· Support administration and configuration of reporting tools.

· Help ensure compliance with data governance and audit requirements.

· Work collaboratively with operational teams to strengthen data quality and improve reporting processes.

· Investigate data issues by identifying anomalies, errors or unusual patterns, and explore root causes rather than just symptoms.

· Analyse trends to understand what's driving changes in performance, escalating findings where they indicate emerging risks or opportunities for improvement.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys structured tasks, and wants to deepen their exposure to data and reporting within a critical business area.

What We're Looking For

· Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable:

· Understanding of HSQES principles or compliance frameworks.

· Experience with Power BI (navigation, data extracts).

· Knowledge of data governance, audit processes or quality assurance.

· Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) or database systems.

· Level 3 Business Administration or equivalent, or Level 3 Data Essentials.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who:

· Maintains high standards of data integrity.

· Is proactive in identifying issues and supporting improvements.

· Enjoys working collaboratively with analysts, managers and operational teams.

· Can adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines.

· Thinks analytically and isn't afraid to challenge data or ask questions.

· Enjoys problem‑solving and is motivated by getting to the bottom of data issues.

· Brings curiosity, attention to detail, and a drive to understand how data reflects real‑world events and operational performance.

Why Join Us?

· Be part of a team that directly supports safety, quality and sustainability across the organisation.

· Work in a culture committed to continuous improvement and high performance.

· Gain exposure to advanced reporting tools, data governance and strategic performance monitoring.

· Access professional development opportunities tailored to your growth.
