Summary

Field Sales Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Field Sales Manager to join a regional, privately owned house builder who build beautiful new homes with character and quality in highly desirable locations in the North West.

They are now seeking to appoint a Field Sales Manager to join their sales team to ensure KPI's are achieved and manage the performance of Sales Advisors on your allocated developments.

About Field Sales Manager role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for planning development strategies and managing reservations from through to legal completion ensuring best practice is achieved to achieve sales forecasts. You will also be responsible for the setting up, presentation and running of sales development coordinating the production of sales brochures and having up to date knowledge of the local market conditions and competitors along with organising special events

Skills, Experience and Requirements

The successful candidate will have a natural ability to engage and influence people and will be motivated by working to demanding goals and targets set by the company.

  • Previous experience working for a house builder with a proven track record of demonstrating good sales and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience managing staff in a sales environment
  • Conducting local market research and competitor analysis

What's on offer?

The working pattern for this role will be Thursday to Monday, 10am-5pm with Tuesday and Wednesday being your days off (includes working weekends and bank holidays).

The company are offering a basic salary of £40k, up to £15k commission, a company car, company pension scheme and the opportunity to work on some stunning developments in the Northwest region. They are strong believers of promoting from within so there will also be opportunities for progression in the next few years.
