The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra – the UK’s oldest – is a critically-acclaimed ensemble, central to Liverpool’s cultural offering. We are currently looking to recruit a Concert Manager who will serve as a central figure in planning performances here at our Liverpool Philharmonic Hall home and across the UK. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concert preparation and delivery, ensuring that all performances maintain the highest possible standard. You’ll receive and manage all advance information for concerts and communicate details to relevant parties within the organisation. You’ll welcome artists to venues, support our Chief Conductor and visiting performers with any general enquiries, and work across the team to help bring a whole range of concerts to the stage. If you’re a strong critical thinker who is organised, an excellent communicator and has experience in a similar role – working with a professional orchestra/musicians and have a good musical knowledge – we’d love to hear from you.
