Summary

We’re seeking a forward-thinking leader with experience in Street Scene Services which includes our Grounds Maintenance, Street Cleaning and Toilet Cleaning teams. The Service is crucial in delivering high-quality places to live and visit across our two Councils. We are committed to enhancing our parks and open spaces, having clean streets and public toilets while ensuring residents and businesses receive an exceptional and good value service.

You will be leading operational teams across several locations, including officers, operatives, and supervisors, all working towards a shared goal of service excellence.

You should be confident, and able to deal with challenging situations in a pressurised environment. The ability to motivate and encourage your teams is key. The ideal candidates will be able to work autonomously with exceptional organisation skills and a sound health and safety knowledge.
