Be an integral member of the breast unit, working in a flexible and collaborative way with the other members of the department to provide the highest quality of care - Manage all aspects of breast disease in the outpatient setting - Be an independent operator for all types of breast cancer surgery, and ideally provide the whole range of oncoplastic and implant-based reconstructive procedures as well - Contribute to undergraduate teaching of Imperial and Brunel Medical Students - Share in the training of the NW Thames deanery trainee - Develop the service in line with demand.
