Summary
Clinical Responsibilities Deliver safe, evidence-based midwifery care across antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal settings Act as a role model and provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to junior staff and students. Support newly registered midwives as a preceptor/buddy. Maintain clinical skills and credibility across all areas of maternity service. Promote an evidence-based culture through guidelines, protocols, and audits. Ensure compliance with health, safety, infection control, and safeguarding policies. Participate in education and training of staff and students. Research Responsibilities Contribute to ReaCH research programmes of local, national, and international significance. Prepare and disseminate research findings through publications and conferences. Engage in grant writing and knowledge transfer activities.
