Summary
Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are looking for a proactive outbound sales support manager who has the confidence to approach potential new customers and are happy to pick up the phone to call to drive revenue and long term partnerships with customers for a client based in Bridgend Area.
The role will combine new business generation along with long term relationship management and be a trusted partner to customers

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales Director to help achieve sales to new and existing accounts
Identify and obtain new accounts through proactive prospecting
Social media updates
CMS Data Input and record keeping
Provide high levels of customer care, escalating any problems that arise
Must be experienced in cold calling and comfortable with it.
Ability to work on own initiative and essential to be a team member.

· Previously worked in a business-to-business sales environment
· Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
· Some previous sales experience is essential
· Interpersonal skills, especially building rapport and relationships
· Outgoing and enjoys relating to others
· Proactive
· Personal confidence, professional and self-belief
· Self motivated, organised and results driven
