Facilitate training sessions for staff on best practices
Monitor the quality of care provided, implementing improvements where necessary.
Required to provide care calls and supervision of staff working in the field.
Skills
Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in supervising teams in a care setting.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse groups including residents, families, and staff.
Knowledge of care plans and experience in a care home environment is essential.
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to care management is advantageous.
