Summary
SEND Teachers needed across London & Home counties
Location: Local SEND schools across the area
Start Date: ASAP or September 2026
Contract: Long‑term or permanent
Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday, term‑time only
We are recruiting qualified SEND Teachers to work in supportive specialist schools. You must be confident teaching pupils with a range of additional needs (including autism, communication differences, and social/emotional needs).
Role Responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver personalised lessons for pupils with SEND
-Work closely with support staff and therapists
-Use structured routines and positive behaviour strategies
-Track pupil progress and adapt learning plans
-Create a calm, safe and supportive classroom environment
Requirements:
-QTS or QTLS (essential)
-Experience or strong interest in SEND
-Patience, resilience and a nurturing approach
-Good communication and teamwork skills
-Reliable, professional and committed to pupil development
