Summary

About the role

  • Creative Workflow & Project/Campaign Management – Oversee end‑to‑end production from concept through delivery, managing timelines, workflows, and resource allocation to keep projects moving smoothly.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with key stakeholders to align creative execution with commercial objectives and KPIs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and buy‑in for campaigns.

  • Resource & Capacity Management – Monitor and manage team capacity, ensuring the right talent and resources are deployed efficiently to meet demand.

  • Technology & Systems Management – Champion automation and AI‑driven tools to enhance efficiency. Ensure teams have the right access and support for tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Workfront, and other core systems.

  • Process Optimisation – Develop and refine streamlined workflows, improve briefing processes, and drive continuous improvement using data‑driven insights.

  • Reporting & Decision‑Making – Leverage performance metrics, operational data, and reporting to assess team effectiveness and inform strategic decisions that improve productivity.

You will be responsible for

You will need

  • Proven experience increative operations, project management, or production.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and production software.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
