Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?We're looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join inclusive and welcoming schools across the Northampton area. Your new school

We are currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants to join a friendly, collaborative, and supportive environment where your contribution will be key to achieving positive outcomes for students.

Your new role

In this role, you will make a real and positive difference in the lives of children who have a range of care needs (SEMH/ADHD), life experiences, and unique personalities that make every day varied and rewarding. You will support students by leading with professionalism, maintaining high levels of commitment, and demonstrating excellent childcare practice and safeguarding at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

We are seeking individuals who thrive in a challenging yet incredibly rewarding environment-people who are passionate about supporting the development of social, life, and independence skills. While experience working with autism is not essential, a commitment to learning and personal development is key.

Desirable experience/qualifications

  • GCSE/O'Level or equivalent
  • Experience working with children with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (desirable)
  • A valid driving licence due to the location
