We are seeking a committed and proactive Sector Support Cleaner to deliver high-quality recovery cleaning across an allocated portfolio within your designated area.​

This role is vital to ensuring consistently high standards and a reliable cleaning service that meets client expectations and contractual obligations.

Job Description

This position requires an individual with strong attention to detail, excellent organisation, and the ability to work flexibly across multiple sites.​

You will play a key role in supporting operational delivery, maintaining site standards, and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver all recovery and periodic cleaning in line with client specifications and scheduled requirements.

Respond promptly to requests from the Sector Manager and support operational needs across the portfolio.

Adhere to all client security procedures, policies, opening/lock-up routines, and air-lock door procedures.

Provide site familiarisation for new employees, covering cleaning regimes, waste processes, and access procedures.

Maintain tidy and well-organised storerooms and ensure correct storage of stock and materials.

Monitor consumable levels and notify the relevant manager of replenishment needs.

Record every site visit in the communications book and use Time & Attendance systems consistently.

Manage working hours effectively, ensuring all contracted shift durations are fully met.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Relevant cleaning experience, ideally with exposure to comparable support or management responsibilities.

Strong communication skills with the ability to support and guide front-line colleagues.

Confident managing client expectations and delivering customer-focused solutions.

Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work with remote business groups.

Flexible, adaptable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Able to build positive professional relationships with internal stakeholders.

Willingness to travel.
