Summary

We are looking for a new team member to join our busy customer support team in Weston-super-Mare. This is a full-time, head office-based position, working Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm, primarily supporting customers and the team with day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, variety, takes initiative, and works well both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements for role:
• Excellent communication skills on the telephone/online
• Confidence when dealing with people
Further desired skills include:
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Organisation and administrative skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Job Description:

• To be a member of the Customer Support Team
• Answer and deal with incoming telephone enquiries
• Booking appointments into Will Adviser’s diaries.
• Managing and maintaining all aspects of the Customer Support inbox
• Setting up and amending direct debits
• Process incoming campaign responses, updating records and contacting customers to arrange appointments
