Provide leadership and guidance to the housing support team to achieve performance goals.
Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in housing services and develop solutions.
Monitor relevant data and metrics to inform decision-making and reporting.
Advocate for policy changes that benefit housing support and accessibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in housing support services or related fields.
Strong knowledge of housing policies and programs at local, state, and federal levels.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans based on insights.
