Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords regarding rental services.
Manage incoming inquiries related to rental agreements and payments effectively.
Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Collaborate with property management teams to address and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the database.
Facilitate effective communication between tenants and landlords to solve disputes amicably.
Provide information and assistance in the completion of rental applications and agreements.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or property management roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts.
Familiarity with housing regulations and rental agreements.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using computer software and databases for record-keeping.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £22.58
