Your new role
- Teaching engaging, purposeful lessons that keep pupils focused and supported in their learning.
- Settling quickly into new school environments, adapting to routines and expectations while maintaining strong teaching standards.
- Working within each school's curriculum and planning framework, using your expertise to meet the needs of all learners.
- Managing behaviour confidently and building positive relationships with pupils and staff across different settings.
- Showing professionalism, flexibility and a positive approach to ensure the smooth running of each school you work with.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience within primary education and confidence teaching one or more year groups.
- Strong behaviour management and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Secure curriculum knowledge and the ability to deliver effective lessons with limited preparation time.
- Clear communication skills and a proactive, adaptable attitude when working with a variety of schools and teams.
